The Burlington Hotel Lofts Building was built in 1891 by noted turn of the century Denver architect Frank Edbrooke, otherwise respected for his work on the Brown Palace and Oxford Hotels. The building was renovated in 1998 and has commercial tenants on the ground floor and residential affordable studios, one, and two bedroom lofts on the upper floors. Located prominently at the corner of 22nd and Larimer Streets in the heart of the emerging Ballpark Neighborhood, the building is two blocks from Coors field and a few blocks from downtown Denver.

2033 Curtis Flats

2033 Curtis Flats was constructed in 1891 in Downtown Denver and is composed of sixteen affordable studio and one bedroom apartments that were renovated in 2011. There is commercial space on the ground floor and the residential apartments are located on the second and third floors. The building is located blocks away from the city center and a few blocks away from the Denver 16th Street Mall.

Paris Hotel Lofts

The Paris Hotel Building was built in 1891 and is an elegant red brick, Victorian structure that has been converted into 17 condominiums on the upper floors and five office/retail spaces on the main level. We are pleased to have the cozy neighborhood restaurant "The Lobby" as one of our tenants on the main level. The Paris is located in the newly formed Arapahoe Square neighborhood and is across the street from the nationally recognized Great Divide Brewery.
